Continence service / Sub Acute

The Continence Clinic provides specialist care to people experiencing problems with their bladder and/or bowels.

Previously, all Continence Services had been part of the Rural Health Team, despite differing funding sources. The Continence Clinic now stands apart from the Regional Continence Service and is more closely associated with other sub-acute care service programs.

The establishment of the Continence Clinic Coordinator position has enabled the enhancement of continence services available to the community. Restructuring of the clinical work load has freed up more time for face-to-face contact and decreased waiting times.

If you are experiencing bladder or bowel problems and would like to contact the Continence Clinic, please call
